Bahnson designs and manufactures a diverse product line of controlled environmental chambers throughout a wide variety of industries. All of our test chambers can also come with complete environmental chamber validation for onsite testing and commissioning packages tailored to our clients’ specific site requirements.

Details are important. Installation, operational, and performance qualifications of stability temperature chambers are critical to effective process validations. We provide you with a thorough understanding of our qualification protocols and will prepare, execute, and complete the qualification tests. We will also present a comprehensive final report.

Installation Qualification
Establishes that the equipment is properly and safely installed. Consists of verifications to ensure the enviromental chamber meets installation requirements.

Operational Qualification
Establishes that the environmental chamber consistently meets performance specifications by demonstrating various operating set points at unloaded conditions.

Performance Qualification
Establishes that the environmental chamber consistently meets performance specifications by demonstrating various operating set points at loaded conditions.

Final Report
We review all collected test data with the customer for completeness and accuracy. The original data is retained by the customer, and the multi-point data is transferred to the Fiona Report and presented in graphical form.
