Procurement services at the project level are recognized as part of several strategic sourcing processes within the framework of project management. For us, this includes the acquisition of goods and services outside of Bahnson.

We are committed to providing strategic sourcing opportunities for participation to small, disadvantaged and women-owned businesses on our government and non-government contracts. Our record in subcontracting, when combined with these businesses, reflects our company's efforts to aid in their development and involvement in our projects.
Given the fact we operate on a national level, we are keenly aware of our obligation to benefit the communities in which we work through the utilization of local suppliers where possible.
Our procurement processes; i.e. procurement planning, procurement management, solicitation planning, source selection, solicitation, administration, and closeout, are conducted, in accordance with client requirements, internal procurement policies and guidelines, and our quality assurance programs (as applicable).
As a contractor who also participates in Federal projects, our procurement management practices comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), and various state and local government regulations.
