February 2010 Bahnson Mechanical Systems receives order from Energizer Battery Manufacturing Inc. for HVAC Modifications to their Asheboro, NC manufacturing facility. Bahnson Mechanical Systems, a subsidiary of Bahnson, Inc. has been awarded an order by Energizer Battery Manufacturing Inc. for the furnishing and installation of a 100,000 CFM air handling system to filter, cool, and humidify process air exhausted from the plant.  The custom designed equipment replaces several commercial packaged air handlers in the plant which is the largest alkaline battery manufacturing facility in the world.
