The board of directors members jointly oversee the activities of Bahnson Holdings Inc. and its subsidiary Bahnson, Inc. The board membership consists of two representatives from Hesta, AG and three respresentatives from the Luwa Ownership Group (LOG).
Konrad has been the CEO of Zellweger Luwa AG, Switzerland the former owner of Luwa Bahnson Inc., from 1993 to 2006. He serves in several Board of Directors of international companies in Switzerland. Konrad has an mechanical engineer diploma of the ETH (Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule) in Zürich, Switzerland”
Tim has been with Bahnson for 28 years. Tim is CEO, Bahnson Holdings, Inc., and has held this position since August 1994. Tim served on Luwa’s Executive Board in Zurich, Switzerland for six years, and was responsible for the America’s Region of Luwa for eight years. Tim led the strategic realignment process for changing the company’s focus and business mix, as well as the acquisition effort. Tim has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations degree from the University of North Carolina, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Wake Forest University.
Benno has been the CFO of Zellweger Luwa AG, Switzerland the former owner of Luwa Bahnson, Inc. from 1998 to 2006. He currently serves has CFO of Hesta Ltd. In Switzerland, a financial holding company and major shareholder of Bahnson Holdings, Inc. Benno has a Graduate of University of Lucerne (Switzerland) of Applied Scienes in Economic and Business Administration.
Steve is responsible for the Environmental Specialties Business Unit. Steve has been with Bahnson for 11 years and transitioned from Vice-President of Administration and General Counsel to Business Unit Manager in 2003. Steve graduated from North Carolina State University magna cum laude and from Wake Forest Law School with honors. He worked for Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice as a commercial and intellectual property litigation attorney prior to joining Bahnson, and remains an active member of the bar, admitted to all North Carolina state courts and relevant federal courts.
Hugh has been with Bahnson 40 years and has held a number of progressive management positions within the company during this time. Until two years ago he held responsibility for the Intermech Business Unit, and until this past year, responsibility for the Bahnson Mechanical Systems Business Unit. Other recent experience includes active participation in a number of company acquisitions and responsibility for the integration of those acquisitions. Hugh is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and is a registered professional engineer in the state of North Carolina.
