Bahnson through its Environmental Specialties Business Unit designs and fabricates in Raleigh, NC, a diverse product line of controlled environment chambers that create a precise environment for clients' research, development and manufacturing processes.

Bahnson through its Intermech Business Unit provides mechanical fabrication services, including hygienic and high purity piping, stainless steel piping, carbon steel piping, other specialty piping, mechanical equipment skids, and other special code fabrications requiring implementation of our NQA-1 QA program or within the guidelines of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Facilities to support the provision of these fabrication services are located in McLeansville, NC, Richland, WA, and Idaho Falls, ID.

In addition, Bahnson also maintains a facility in Aiken, SC where light and heavy gauge sheet metal is fabricated into ducting for specialized application. The primary focus of this facility is to produce sheet metal duct, equipment skids, and other components, requiring fabrication in accordance with our NQA-1 QA program.

A dedicated facility is also maintained in Raleigh, NC to provide hygienic and high purity piping fabrications to projects in the Research Triangle Park area located between Raleigh and Durham, NC.

Bahnson has been granted a National Board of Boiler and Pressure Inspectors Certificate of Authorization and “R” symbol stamp for the repair and/or alteration of boilers, pressure vessels, and other pressure-retaining items; as well as ASME Certificates of Authorization and code stamp certificates “U” & “PP”.
